INTELLIGENT BATTERIES

New batteries have a convenient button with an LED indicator telling the operator the current charge state of the battery.

ROTARY NOZZLES

Two rotary nozzles ensure droplets are more uniform in size all while reducing drift and increasing swath width.

LOW MAINTENANCE

Designed for minimum maintenance. Any gear can be easily repaired at a customers convenience.

COLLISION PREVENTION

Binocular vision sensor system provides 360-degree horizontal omnidirectional obstacle sensing.

MOBILE-FRIENDLY SOFTWARE

DJI's mobile-friendly app allows for easy tracking of sprayed and spread area.

Mapping, Spraying and Spreading, All In One

t40-remote

The AGRAS T40 combines mapping, spraying and spreading functions, while its UHD camera and adjustable gimbal enable easy capture of your desired view. Farmland and orchard images can be captured in real time, and local maps can be generated using the remote controller with the D-RTK 2 Mobile Station. The system detects land boundaries and obstacles automatically, for quicker planning of flight routes over farmland and hilly orchards.

How many refills are necessary per hour?

At an application rate of 2 gallons per acre, you can expect 6-8 refills per hour. Similar for dry spreading at 14 pounds per acre.

What kind of generator do I need to get started?

Any 10,000 running watt generator should be enough to get started with 50 amp plugs. Our recommendation is the Westinghouse WGEN14500 14.5kW.

What kind of licenses do I need to spray legally?

You'll need:

- FAA Part 107 - Drone Pilot's License

- FAA Part 137 - Aerial Applicator's License

- Section 44807 Exemption - Exemption to operate drones over 55lbs.

- State Applicator's License (may use the same one you may already have)

- FAA 3rd Class Medical (for night flying)

- Insurance

AckerSpray's compliance manager can help you obtain all of these licenses with our Done-For-Your UAV Compliance Services.

Is there a training class?

Better than that! We offer comprehensive, hands-on operations training, designed to get you comfortable and confident flying the drone in a full-day of instruction. Our trainers will travel to you, anywhere in the US.
