FAA Part 107
Also known as Drone Pilot's License, this is a basic requirement to operate a drone in the US.
44807 Exemption
Commonly referred to as the Heavy Drone Exemption, this exemption allows you operate any drone that weighs more than 55lbs, such as the DJI AGRAS T25, T40 & T50, XAG P100 or the DJI Flycart 30.
FAA Part 137
FAA's Aerial Applicator's license allows you to dispense chemicals from an aircraft.
State Pesticide Applicator License
Requirements vary from State to State, however, most states have a basic applicator's license requirement or similar.
FAA 3rd Class Medical
For night operations, the FAA requires that every Pilot In Command obtain a Class 3 Medical examination done by an AME (FAA Certified Aviation Medical Examiner).
